🔹 ডেলিভারী চার্জঃ

• ঢাকা সিটির মধ্যে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৭০ টাকা।

• ঢাকার বাইরে সব স্থানে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১৩০ টাকা।
  পণ্য অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারী চার্জটি অগ্রিম বিকাশ করতে হবে না, তবে কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রয়োজনে বিকাশে অগ্রিম গ্রহণের অধিকার রাখে।
  বাকি টাকা পণ্য রিসিভ করার সময় প্রদান করতে হবে।

🔹 আমাদের ডেলিভারী প্রসেসঃ
আমাদের নিজস্ব ডেলিভারী ম্যান নেই। আমরা পাঠাও, স্টেডফাস্ট ইত্যাদি থার্ড পার্টি সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পণ্য ডেলিভারী করে থাকি।
এই কারণে সাধারণত ২ থেকে ৪ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগে।
অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার মোবাইল চালু রাখবেন এবং ডেলিভারী ম্যানের ফোন কল রিসিভ করবেন।

🔹 ডেলিভারীর সময় করণীয়ঃ
আমরা যেহেতু থার্ড পার্টি সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করি, অনুগ্রহ করে পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় তা খুলে চেক করে নিন।
যদি পণ্যে কোনো সমস্যা, ভুল পণ্য বা সংখ্যা কম থাকে, তাহলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে থেকেই আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পরে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা কঠিন হয়ে পড়ে।

🔹 পার্সেল খোলার পরেঃ
পার্সেল খোলার পর ত্রুটি থাকলে, আমরা সেটি ফ্রি তে রিপ্লেস করে দেব দ্রুততম সময়ে।

🔹 পণ্যের ইমেজ ও ভিডিওঃ
আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজে সব পণ্যের রিয়েল ইমেজ ও ভিডিও রয়েছে।
প্রয়োজনে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম আপনাকে পুনরায় ছবি/ভিডিও সরবরাহ করবে।

🔹 রিটার্ন নীতিঃ
ত্রুটি থাকলে আমরা ফ্রি রিপ্লেস/রিফান্ড করবো তবে পণ্যটি আমাদের কাছে ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে।
যদি আপনি পণ্যটি অপছন্দ করেন বা অকারণে রিটার্ন করতে চান, তবে ডেলিভারী চার্জ অবশ্যই বহন করতে হবে।

We understand how important it is to receive your order smoothly and on time. Here are some important details regarding your order and delivery:

🔹 Delivery Charges:

• Inside Dhaka City: 70 BDT

• Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT
  You do not need to pay the delivery charge in advance via bKash, but ZeoFashionBD.com reserves the right to collect it if necessary. The remaining amount should be paid upon receiving the product.

🔹 Delivery Process:
We don’t have our own delivery staff. We work with reliable third-party services (e.g., Pathao, Steadfast).
Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. Please keep your phone switched on to receive calls from the delivery agent.

🔹 At the Time of Delivery:
Since delivery is via third-party services, please check your product before receiving it.
If there is any defect, incorrect item, or missing quantity, notify us immediately while the delivery person is still present.

Once the delivery person leaves, it becomes difficult for us to process returns or replacements.

🔹 After Opening the Parcel:
If you find any issue after opening, we will offer a free replacement as quickly as possible.

🔹 Product Images & Videos:
All products have real images and videos on our Facebook page. Our support team can also provide updated media upon request.

🔹 For Returns:
If there’s a defect, we will replace or refund for free—but the item must be returned to us.
If returned without valid reason (e.g., you simply changed your mind), delivery charges will be applicable.
