3. Ordering & Payment

• Orders must be placed through our official website: www.zeofashionbd.com

• A confirmation SMS and/or email will be sent once your order is placed.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket

• Online Payment Gateways (via SSLCommerz or equivalent)

➡️ Full payment is required before dispatch, except for COD orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We provide nationwide delivery via trusted courier services.

Delivery Charges: May vary based on product type and location.
Estimated Delivery Time:

• Inside Dhaka: 2–4 working days

• Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days

⚠️ Delays caused by public holidays, natural calamities, or courier disruptions are beyond our control.

5. Cancellation & Return Policy

• Order Cancellation: Must be done within 24 hours of order placement.

• Return Requests: Must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Item must be unused and undamaged.

Return Shipping:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds:

• Processed to your original payment method within 7 working days after inspection.

• Slight differences in color, size, or design may occur due to device displays.

• Product availability is dependent on stock. In case of stockout, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
